From the moment we drove into the pristine grounds of Bruisyard Country Estate we knew that’s where we were going to get married. It certainly had the WOW factor that I wanted us and our guests to feel. Being able to have the venue for the full weekend made it extra special and enabled us to get all our close friends and family together for a full weekend of celebrations.

From the Friday morning setting up through to packing away on Monday, Katie and the wedding team were there to make sure it all went seamlessly and I can’t thank you enough for that. Even when I forgot the music for walking down the aisle you had it sorted in seconds!! It really helped knowing you were on hand to make sure not only the wedding day, but the full weekend was perfect, start to finish.

On the Friday evening we enjoyed a pre-wedding meal with all our guests in the beautiful dining room and games on the lawn to get everyone relaxed. Saturday was incredible from start to finish, from sunshine all day through to the after party at the house which we didn’t want it to end!

The main thing I will always remember about Bruisyard Country Estate is all our guests’ reaction! I don’t think there was a single guest that didn’t turn up and simply say WOW! Now that’s the reaction you want for your wedding day! Everybody commented on how incredible the food was. We went for the beautiful canapes and BBQ style banquet set upon long tables as we wanted it to have a relaxed informal feel. Dreamwaves provided the lighting which complemented the long tables perfectly.

The whole weekend was everything we had ever wanted and I really can not recommend it enough. I have already said I will be booking again for our 10 year anniversary and already can’t wait!
